This will be the LAST beginners' class I will be offering this year! Now is your time to get in the hoop and start feeling great! Hooping burns calories, builds core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, all while moving to music and having fun! Learn a variety of moves including waist, hip, arm, elbow and hand hooping, which ...will serve as the foundation of your hooping skills. No experience necessary.
