Movers & Shakers New 6 week adult multi-level class. Now is the time to get fit and feel great. Come ready with a bottle of water, comfortable shoes, and bring your own hoop or feel free to borrow one of ours. Class is 1hr, $20 for the each no class March 26th, 2011.
