This class is for someone who wants to discover the sacred circle of the hula hoop! Hoop dancing is fresh and funky way to build core strength, gain flexibility, and empower your spirit! Learn the basics of hooping plus several tricks to add to your belt.

Each class will build into the next in the series, but don't worry if you can't take every class, Tarapin will guide each student individually on their path and provide support for you to spin circles!
