Have you heard of hooping? Always thought it looked like fun but didn't know where to start? Or are you an experienced hooper, looking to expand your practice?

Whether you've just been introduced to the world of hooping or have already fallen in love with the art, dance, and lifestyle, Every Body Hoops Classes with Maia Rose are certain to inspire and challenge you!

Every class (now in 5 locations in Eastern CT!) is open to beginners and experienced hoopers of all ages, and drop-ins are always welcome! Come play with us and show yourself what you can do!

Every Body can hoop with Maia's Every Body Hoops! Handmade by Maia Rose, each hoop is useful for different styles of hooping and for each unique body! The key to your hooping success lies within finding the right size hoop. Maia has had much experience in bringing each hooper to the right hoop, and can even make you a custom hoop to your size and colors specifications! Hoops are provided at all classes, but you are always welcome to bring your own!

Classes begin with some simple hoop stretches, developed by Maia through her use of the hoop combined with yogic stretches.

In class we will work on body and hand hooping as well as tricks, techniques and transitions to get you flowing and dancing with your hoop. No two classes are ever exactly alike. Students and teacher together determine the types of hooping we practice: if you have a trick you've been dying to learn, bring it up in class and we will work on it!

Saturday Old Saybrook Classes are 2-3 PM
