Come to Transform U Fitness in Lewisville and take a Hoopnotica class in August, your first class is free! Classes are on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

It's an ongoing class so we can work at whatever level you are ...but basically level one is waist hooping, hip hooping, halos & variations, passing and variations, pickups, vortex....if your beyond that you are level 2 ....right now we are in the second week, still working on level one but we can accomodate higher levels! :)
