Event Description
Hula hoop dance is a technique based, circus art infused with yoga, beginner ballet and modern dance. Hooping can help build core strength, tone your body and works as a great cardiovascular activity. The class will teach you the fundamentals of how to dance, flow and play in your hoop.
Don't have a hula hoop, don't worry hoops of all sizes and colors will be provided. Anyone can hula hoop dance no matter the size of your waist line.
When: Every Saturday at 2-3:15pm
Price: $11
Age group: 15+
