Hey there fellow hoopers :)
I made a three months progress video and realized that I look really, really awkward because I'm constantly agonizing about what to do next. I can do a decent amount of tricks and actually dance as long as I'm not recording it. As soon as the camera clicks on, I'm too self-conscious to even think about dancing. What did you do to overcome your ~ insecurities?

Hey!

I know exactly what you mean about being able to move easier with a camera not watching you! it takes me quite some time to get a video that i actually do like.

i found it easier to just turn my camera on record and go for a few songs without going up to my camera and reviewing it.  you may have more footage to edit through, but hopefully after a few minutes you'll start to get in the groove of things.

And remember, progress videos are mostly important for YOU. no one else! so don't worry about impressing anyone
