Does anyone own one of these? Wondering how the size feels. I decided to order an LED while I'm constructing mine. For some reason bulbs keep going out so just out of pure hoop love I want to get some good karma, give to the LED hoop businesses out there, and hopefully let it reciprocate back onto my aspirations. =)

I'm not sure about the 30" but I was using a 34" day hoop and got the 33" and LOVE it, it's the perfect size. I say go to the nearest size that your day hoop is!

I got a Glitch in 34" but it actually measures closer to 30" (I think they measured from the outside and cut it a little short maybe?) I'm a pretty small person, short, but curvy; my usual go-to hoops are 33" polypro twins, if that helps you make a comparison. It's a really good size for me, but it's a little bit on the heavy side. I'm considering getting a new one in polypro too, mostly because I like the material better for breaks and reversals, and I'll probably get the same size when I order it.

My Glitch has been used and abused for more than a year now and it still works as well as the day I bought it! So I'd definitely recommend Moodhoops. But if you, like me, prefer lightweight polypro hoops, you might want to invest in the polypro upgrade. It doesn't cut down on the weight all that much, I've heard, but it might work for you :D

Just wanted to give an update... I purchased a 30" Cupcake Moodhoop and I freaking LOVE IT. It has been durable and everything I expected it to be. I do imagine how awesome it would be if the lights were more strobe-like, but either way, the colors together are beautiful. I love pink & blue/turquoise color schemes. It matches an outfit I made, so I like to wear them together. I am really small, so I am still able to get my leg in and out of this hoop, and do shoulder rolls, in-and-outs, and everything I was learning with my small day hoop. =) So happy !

I'm glad it worked out well for you and that you love your new hoop! I really really REALLY want a 30" LED now but I DO NOT need anymore hoops now that I'm moving and I'd rather get a 25" LED. I JUST realized that they actually have a customization page other than the remix page where you can customize the OD of the hoop too rather than choose between the 38, 36, 33, 30 and 20 inch twins, which is awesome. Because I really just want ONE 25" hoop and I don't want to pay more than what I did for my full size hoop you know?

Anyways, congrats on the new hoop! Post a video soon!

Thanks! Ya I never understood why they charge more for a smaller hoop. Maybe it's harder to get the wiring in there? Eh, anyways I will post a video... I've posted one already but it didn't go on the main page.
