Permalink Reply by Olivia Rochelle on July 16, 2012 at 6:07am Beautiful! :) What size is your hoop? I just ordered mine not too long ago (haven't got it yet) and since it's recommended that beginners start with 160psi, that's what I got, but I'm scared it might be too heavy and I won't be able to do any cool tricks like the ones you are doing :(
Permalink Reply by Lex-Z LuvHoopz on July 16, 2012 at 1:11pm My hoops are 100psi not 160psi cuz 160 is just tooooo heavy for me!! If you ever need a new hoop i make custom 100psi travel hoops! Check out my site https://www.facebook.com/LuvHoopz

I liked it just to remember it.

Looks great! And that is a beautiful hoop too. I didn't see you chest hooping with your arms in, maybe I missed it, but if you haven't learned that yet, definitely go for that, then you can do some arm weaving from that position, which is lots of fun :-)
Also, you might begin to work on different types of isolations now, it looks like you've been sticking to mostly on-body stuff.

Permalink Reply by Hillary on July 17, 2012 at 12:46pm You're going GREAT! I love the little set up you've done with positioning the mirrors. Smart idea. The only bit of advice I'd give you (and we're all guilty of it) is less T-rex arms. It's natural to bend our arms at the elbow (so we look kind of like T-rex) while we're body hooping. Try to be aware of what your arms are doing, just as you're aware of you're feet as your moving.
Thanks for sharing your video, and keep having fun!
