And Hoopalicious is my favorite source of inspiration for dance while body rocking. I have no words for how amazing she is at dancing while in the hoop.

good job! keep it up.

try not to focus so much on tricks. maybe set aside a day to learn dance and flow to incorporate that in your hoop dancing.
