ACRO YOGA

I just recently discovered acro yoga and am really interested in it. I'm wondering if there are any others on here that are familiar or experienced in it. I've been looking on line but I'm finding it really hard to find an instructor near me. I'm from central IL and about an hour drive away from St Louis, MO. If you know anything, please let me know!

have you tried acroyoga.com i just did a search for it it sounds awesome :D

I just checked it out. I did the "search by region" thing. The only one listed in IL is in Chicago. That's a good 4 hour drive for me. :/
