Hey there.

Looking to buy 2 32" polypro twins. Wondered if any Canadians have tubing bought in bulk or 2 used hoops. Dying for some polypros but don't want to pay high shipping and added fees.

Thanks

I saw a post on FB today from a Canadian business called the Hoop Fairy who is offering $10 off polypro hoops until March 1st, if you're looking for pre-made. I have not had personal experience with them, but the hoops appear to be nicely made.

If you want to make them yourself, hoopsupplies.com is wonderful.. You can buy polypro by the foot, as well as the connectors. That is what I did, and they were spot on with customer service, speedy shipping, and the product was exactly what I wanted. Made two very nice hoops. :-) Of course you do have to pay shipping, but it is cheaper to make them yourself than to buy premade.. I made two hoops for $25 (including shipping), one 3/4 inch and one 1/2 inch.

Really? That isn't shipping to Canada though is it? When i was buying tape it was going to be at least $30 just to ship it, which was more money than I was spending on tape.

Thanks for the comment about my Hoop Fairy page Holly! I do sell custom polypro hoops in purple, teal, green and neon uv refective hot pink, orange, yellow or clear. I currently have a $10.00 off discount on all of my hoops until March 1st and a polypro contest until Valentines! Check out my FB for more info! https://www.facebook.com/thehoopfairy

how much do your polypro hoops sell for?

Hi there,

I wasn't able to tell who the question was directed to, but I do sell Polypros (taped, but not coloured polypros) locally in Brampton for $40.  If you are local to me in the GTA and want a hoop, please see my site www.hoopenergize.com to see the colours I currently have available.  I can also custom make to any diameter you want.

Terri

I'd love to know as well. :)

Oh man, I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to give misinformation.. Nope, the shipping from hoopsupplies that I paid was within the U.S.

I imagine if the shipping to Canada is $30 then it would be counterproductive to make your own from there to save money. :-(

Not to worry! I was kind of hoping that was the case and somehow there was a way to get cheap tubing! Damn postage/ taxes.

I purchased a 38" twins and 24" minis from Serenity hoops and I was so happy with my transaction with Leslie!

I also have a teal 37" poly pro with a push button from Infinity Hoop Dance (Alberta). Nina was also a pleasure to buy a hoop from. http://infinityhoopdance.com/customhoops.aspx

Purchasing locally was nice, since I saved on shipping.

Starting at $38 shipping included.

I agree, I would like to find somewhere in Canada to buy myself a poly pro !
