I'm working on stiltwalking. :) I made a pair a while back and I'm like 7'3 with them on... I'm 5'1 normally :)

Very carefully. haha i just put my back against a wall till i could kind of jump on them. :) Thankfully I haven't hurt myself yet. :)

My flatmate minor'd (? haha) in acrobatic stilts at circus school! He's crazy on them, does all sorts of flips and junk on 1.5's haha.

I knit and spin yarn . . . I also juggle and I'm learning to spin poi.

I've been a a professional clown for over 20 years.  I can do some pretty cool face painting and make balloon sculptures.  I just started hooping, I have no flow, but I love it!

I recently started practicing ariel silks, which is so fun but a physical challenge for me. I also do other things like poi, fire eating, sewing etc.

I pole dance.  I also teach advanced level pole classes and my trademark class for flexibility- Sensuous Flow & Flexibility.  I also travel to other pole studios teaching my class.  :)
