Hmm... I'm not positive, but to me they look like Hoop Daddy's Phoenix hoop or Astral's Atomic hoop.

I'm not able to watch the video (due to the computer at my work)  but i do know mood hoops spectrum hoop is white when still and rainbow when in motion and so its the PSI dragonfly hoop...hope this helps :)

They look like Atomic hoops (I can't actually see them changing colors—they both look white to me). But I know Atomics make that pattern (and many, many more). I want some soooo bad.

Thanks for the info everyone. After watching some videos, I'm almost positive they were Astral's Atomic hoops they are incredible. No video can show you how great they look in person!! I know what I'm saving up for next spring <3
