I let it sit for a while because that worked last time, and then i charged it until the light on the charger turned green and i took it off the charger and its still not responding..i am in love with this hoop i just wish it would work/: ive been in contact with the owners and they offered to pay shipping on my hoop for it to be shipped back to them for examination and repair. Im happy with the customer service but sad my hoop is malfuntioning already even though ive been treating it like its made of glass.

My atomic broke first weekend I had it too:( it would just turn off as soon as I turned it on. I think it was the connected piece going in too far on one side and pushing on the cables.

man i feel so sad for people who have an astral hoop. while yes the programing is awesome but time and time again i hear about the hoops just crapping out for no reason. i know bj from astral hoops and he's a great guy but i think his hoops and programming still need work and this why i have not purchased from them. also customer service does suck. i want a polypro hoop and was seriously considering a and atomic pro. i noticed the largest size was 34 in and i really like my poly pro at 35 in and the refused to make it 1 in bigger for me this really pissed me off. i am considering either hoop daddy or proton labs.

HOOPDADDY all the way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you can actually recreate the patterns that Astral uses IN the phoenix if you know a little bit about the way the light program works. Jeremiah is an amazing engenier and he is always willing to give a helping hand to his customers, UNLIKE astral.. Man I'm pretty down that I wasn't able to find this before I got my atomic pro, I had only heard and read good things about it. I got mine today and it's now even round.... Don't know what to do at all.... =(
