I don't know about the Astral but I also needed an LED that got real small for travel (I have a 2 seat convertible & as much as I love my huge hoops sticking out the passages seat window, it's just not practical.)

My psi hoop just doesn't conviently collapse or get small enough because the PP tubing is too stiff.

I ended up buying another LED from Mood Hoops. They are very reasonably priced. I got the 36 in with 5/8 tubing (it's really thin) but it has just the right amount of weight. It snaps apart and can be coiled down and snapped together so it's half normal size. I got Blaze with solid pinks and fashy/changing colors. It's super bright. LOVE my "travel" LED as much as my custom psi.

The infinity ones scare me a little. So much potential for kinking the tubing. What about exploring a hoop that can break down into two minis, so you can travel with them in the tiny circles, just attached to the outside of your backpack?

Rob the cosmic hooper has some and they are phenomenal!
