I think it's time to stop shaming the word and the meaning of "slut". Nothing wrong in being openly sexual.
Interesting article on the history of the word: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slut
Considering nowadays it's only used for women (in a sexist way actually) as a pejorative for those who choose to own their sexualty and do with it whatever they want, I think it's not nice to arbitrarily assume a higher moral ground and judge those who, without harming you, simply decide to keep a different behaviour.
A slut is certainly a sexually promiscuous person. But, who exactly decided that is a bad thing? Where are tolerance and understanding for people with different views? Slut is a fine word, sluts are "proud" to be sluts. Just, don't make the mistake of trying to shame people for something they choose to be just because society or religion say they are morally questionable. It is just a _different_ set of morals, as respectable as yours, isn't it?

Didn't mean to disrespect you for your comment, Jamie. Just wanted to show a different perspective.
