I do not have any leads for you, but I am also interested in body paint.  Hopefully someone out there has a suggestion for us both :)

you know what works really good?

 

screenprinting paint. 

 

i wear it to raves as war paint. it does sweat off if you are dancing a lot. but it stays on well otherwise. washes off easily with soap and water.

 

i think regular acrylic paint would work well too, depending on how much and where you want to put it. im a total uv fetishist, if it doesnt glow in the blacklight im not happy, lol.

There's not a lot of good glow in the dark body paint out there.  But a number of brands make good UV paint.

They are mostly all water based, so if you sweat alot you may have to reapply.  Using a setting powder over top can help though.

 

You could also try looking/asking at www.facepaintforum.com.  It's an active forum and the people know a lot about body paints.  There is also a store with very reasonable shipping.

i don't have much input but as far as using regular paint, i prefer to paint myself with acrylic because it's not itchy and it peels off really easily when you want to get it off haha

I've used glow-in-the dark acrylics as body paint once or twice... In my experience, it's best to mix the paint with a little dishsoap before applying it, to make it wash off you (and your stuff) more easily!

I googled glow in the dark body paint and a good bit of stuff came up. Im not sure if any of that would work for ya, but some are reasonably priced also..good luck have fun at Waka....waka waka waka ;-)
