I feel like i was much more flexible when i was little and stuff i could do then, i can't do now! hahah do you think age has something do with it or is it a matter of just stretching a lot more and putting more time into it?
I personally think it NEVER is too late...just watch asian practices and how flexible elderly people are there...I think it is just about how fast you want to push yourself into positions...flexibility takes time, and continuous practice for month. just always go bits and pieces and document...you will always see improvements ! (I also am more flexible today than I have ever been before)
