Over the past 6 months I have continued to have issue after issue with hoops that my customers bought through me when I was selling Eco Groupe or (Electric Lifestylz) Hoops. I was a reseller for about a month, until I realized what crap the hoops were and how unprofessional the company was.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau back in February and if I could I would file another one. I was hoping that this would spark them into being a better company and to stop treating their customers like shit, but unfortunately they are still the same company, still having worthless customer service and crap hoops.
We as a hoop community should not have to be subjected to their incompetence and lack of respect for our time, money and well being. I ask you all to please go to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. It will only take a few minutes of your time and it is the only way they will ever change their practices.
