I've been crocheting for about ten years now, so I've had a lot of practice. ;) If you keep working at it, practice, try new patterns, you'll get the hang of it in no time. I just taught my cousin how to crochet and she's kinda having a tough time too, but I think with some patience and confidence in yourself, anybody can learn how to crochet!

So many knitters, awesome!  This is a bit of an aside, but can anyone make some cute belly dance finger cymbal covers (mufflers, if you will)?  I would love to be able to practice at home without annoying the neighbors and freaking out the cats : )

Ooooh, you trade? I have henna. And some faux gauged earrings. I could make real gauges, too if you wanted. I have a pic of my earrings in my henna art photo album in my profile.
