I started hooping at Vibes as well.  I only get one festival per summer and we are considering Royal Family Affair in August.  Vibes and Mtn Jam have great line ups, but I would prefer something not so big...  

You are asking about other great festivals?  Jam Cruise...  Had my LED hoop and daytime hoop on the ship and had a blast - Plus, there is no other festival like it :)

I was at Family Affair last year and it was amazinggg! Very low-key, small, friendly atmosphere. Kras was walking around and chatting with everyone, it was great to get to hang out with him for a bit. && Stratton is beautiful. That was a luxury festival. I'll probably go again this year too!

And I really want to get to Jam Cruise one day, it sounds amazingg!

I can't wait for festival season this year! it's the year of the festival for me and my husband, To start things off we are going to Burn in the forest it's the Vancouver area's Burning Man regional.  Then it's off to FairieWorlds in Eugene OR,  Then to BassCoast and last but not least it's on to Burning Man.

I am planning on bringing a bunch of hoops and just leaving them around the camp site at each festival for old and new friends to play with.  I keep my favorites and led hoops in my tent when I'm not around the camp site,  Any hoops I leave out are cheap home made 160 or 120 psi hoops that I don't mind if they walk off with others too good homes :)

I went to the harvest fairieworlds last fall and it had a nice hoop scene lot's of people hooping in the field, lot's of impromtu teaching going on. 

BassCoast is getting more and more hoopers ever year there seem to be more so that's nice! (BassCoast was where I first saw a girl really hoop dance it was at night with a LED hoop and I fell in Love)

I cant wait my season starts the end of the month with just a small festival 20 min away by athens ohio! i first picked up the hoop at grateful fest at nelson's ledges park near Cleveland ohio so im trying to make it to that one! ALL GOOD is a must the have moved it from west Virginia to ohio so im excited to have it in the buckeye state!!! it just sucks that festival seasons so expensive!! oh well its worth it to see all the great music and met new hoopers!

This year hubby and I are sticking to smaller fests. Camp Barefoot 6 (by far my favorite festival), Rootwire, and possibly Nomadic Roots. We usually go to All Good, but I'm not liking the line-up and with the move to Ohio, I'm just not feeling it this year.

A couple of the festies on my other list in cali would be worth the drive thoo! :)
