i just recently discovered hooping and have been youtubing ( i can even make that a verb haha) some amazing videos. i lot of advance tricks need more flexability than i currently have. i know one day i WILL be on that level if i work hard so i want to start some flexability training now as i start.

does anybody know any excersizes that encoroprate the hoop?  im starting simple ( i cant even touch my toes)

if not some nice workouts without the hoop would be good too, i just thought adding the hoop would make it more fun.

oh and i just joined this site today, very excited to have a commnunity to help me along my new journey!

Yoga is very good for flexibility.  My favorite, especially if i havent done in in a while, is hot yoga or Bikram.  Although the heat is intense at first, it really helps ease your muscles and reach your full capacity for stretching.

I agree that yoga is great. Also pilates is another that builds muscle while adding to flexibility.
Thanks. Anybody have any online resources to a good daily routine I could use?

try doyogawithme.com it's all free videos
