I don't know what stores will ship to Bali, best thing to do is send out some emails to figure out the shipping cost. Maybe you can get a discount if you buy all your supplies form the same store in bulk. If none will ship that far you can also ask someone to buy the supplies you need, then ship them to you. 

I know it will be expensive. I helped a very nice lady in Thailand. I purchase 100 ft. of polypro for her and shipped it to her. It costs over $75 (U.S dollars) to buy the tubing, have it shipped to me, and then shipped to her over seas. I had no problem helping her out. But If you have enough people buying in on the supplies I can see it being easier to do but one person handling all those costs is a bit much.

Talk to local plumbers and find out where they get their supplies. Perhaps they have a (relatively) local source, or they can suggest some options to you.

I've seen tubing while in Bali, you should be able to make them once you get there, perhaps just bring the tape.  The tubing may not be snazzy polypro but it's certainly hoop worthy.
