Have you ever had an online account hacked? My Twitter was!
Hi Guys,
So recently I had my Twitter account hacked, nothing serious happened but a few people received some very strange messages from me. Luckily everyone was pretty sure it wasn't me and I got tons of messages from people letting me know that someone was mucking around with my account.
I was lucky because it was mostly just spam and anyone who knows me would be able to figure out that if I "lost 25 lbs from magical Acai Berries!" that I would probably die.
Have you ever had an account hacked? What happened? What did they post?

Yup. my email was hacked. I think it may have happened from a "fake message" from my brother. All of my contacts were sent "spam" messages. I changed the password on the email account and emailed everyone that received a "spam" message to also change their password. I did not have any trouble after changing the password. I thought I might have to close the account but so far so good. Maybe that would work for your twitter account?. So on the upside it was not a Viagra message sent out.
