Thanks Amanda. I can make a difference and so can you in many ways. Spreading joy to those who need it most is important to me. Please send supplies in lieu of monetary donations. This will allow us to make and distribute hoops to storm victims sooner.

There will be a "Healing through Hoops" hoop making gathering in Chelsea, AL this Saturday May 28th from 6-8 pm. Please bring any supplies you can donate to make hoops with. This will be a potluck style event. Please e-mail me for directions. Thanks! bhoops@aurahoops.com

I will bring some tape with me to Convergence and some extra tubing I have laying around as well. :)

Hey, I can bring pretty much a complete "roll" of 160 PSI tubing to Hoop Convergence also if there will be a pick up going on. I'm not really sure how to ship that to be frank, and it may be more $$ than I presently have at my disposal.

That would be awesome Sarah!! I will be driving a van up so I will have plenty of room to bring any type of donations back. We are hoping to make a few hoops to donate to adults as well.

We are doing local drives and will bring as many pre-assembled and taped hoops to donate as we can. It's already coming together. We are going to keep a few for our local Boys and Girls Club, which was destroyed in our tornado, but we hope to donate at least 20 fully wrapped hoops. Maybe more. (I am proud of our community because we bring it when stuff like this happens.) I'll keep you updated. Drive starts tomorrow.

Thank you so much for all you are doing and have done Carolyn if it wasn't for you and everything you have taught me about giving back to others I am not sure I would have the strength to do it all. Your friendship and support drives me to be superhooperwoman and makes me want to give back to all I can give to. We are very blessed and thankful for all you and your community are doing to help victims in our area, especially in the wake of your on disaster relief. Bless you all!!

I am from Hueytown and will be coming to home on Thursday May 12th thru Mon the 16th.... I will be looking for things to do to help...  Let me know if you are doing anything during those days :)
