So I always love hooping outside, but in 100 degree weather I am so lethargic. It makes me sick to my stomach. Does anyone have suggestions or the same problem?

I've been using my local community center when they have open gym hours, or I use their racquetball rooms. I'm thinking of switching to a local gym though because it's open 24-hours and has a yoga studio and dance studio I can use. When I was street performing there was a day that it was 96 and I was in the sun on blacktop and didn't take enough breaks/drink enough water and I hooped too long and I felt so sick. I thought I was going to vomit. That's heat exhaustion. Avoid it! If you have to hoop at night or early in the morning. Or just get rid of your living room furniture... hehe.
I've considered getting rid of my living room furniture and my light fixtures, but I 'm thinking that it might be taking things a bit far.
I live in the land of hot, muggy, buggy and sticky (aka Florida). I spend lots of time indoors spinning my mini hoops and practicing isolation. After awhile you learn exactly how high your ceiling is.
I definitely feel you on this!  Our heat index here in the Florida Panhandle has been over 110 degrees with close to 100% humidity.  It wreaks havoc on hooping practice.  Some things I do to prepare myself for a good sauna hoop sesh is to hydrate, most importantly.  I also find a nice shady spot where I am not blocked off from any breeze that might be floating around.  I usually have a towel to dry the sweat off and rest every few minutes. Lorelei has a great point about hooping in the AM and in the evening!  Just make sure to have bug spray if you are in a swampy area like myself. :)
I have a cloth hoop that I dip into cold water!  It feels so good
O word. How is it cloth?
I live in Arkansas, where the heat/humidity is almost un-bearable. I normally hoop at night around 11-12am.
Wait until after dark. My roommate and I are trying to be avid hoop enthusiasts, but, like you, we live in an area of constant heat. Bleh. So we wait until around 10-ish to start hooping. Hope this helps! :).
