how to get someone to stop stalking?

This is a random question but does anyone have any advice on how to get someone to STOP following you / copying you / stalking your internet life?? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yXsmfwBLkDk

Yeah my stalker found my hoopcity and now hoops and is on hoopcity too, constantly instigating drama and imitating my every move :/ like that's not insanely obvious on her part bahhaa
