I really want to decorate my hoop but have no $ for tape or anything right now. Any ideas or suggestions?

Ribbon held in place with thumbtacks, scotch tape to hold it in place?

Silk flowers all around the outside

Decoupage with Mod Podge: comic book or fashion magazine clippings, maybe just a collage of random-ass stuff of one color (looks cool!)
