The Proton Helix would be AMAZING if i could shovel out 400 dollars...lol. seems like an absolutely amazing hoop...i watched the youtube demonstration. but thats an INSANE amount of money!

Omg the helix hoops are purely the most awesome!!!! if i had $400 laying around, i wouldnt think twice to buy one!! Maybe one day :)

I initially closed my mind and stuck my nose up at the idea of spending $450 on a hoop... and I sincerely regretted it after trying it out at a festival!

It wasn't the patterns or different colors that changed my mind, though... it was the mode where it looked like there was a color current running through the circumference of the hoop. Looks AMAZING with isolations and off-body work, and for me personally that particular setting complements my glitchy twitchy style.

Thank you -- that's a great compliment!  We definitely put a lot of work into making a wide variety of modes to move the art a leap forward in new ways.  I'm so glad to hear you enjoy one of the truly unique mode concepts in the Helix!

I love Moodhoops! They have super fast shipping, and excellent customer service. If you ever have any issues, they go out of their way to help you out, and chances are, if you need to send it back in for any reason, it'll be back in your hands in less than a week after you ship it out. I would definitely recommend them.

Thanks Jessica!! i just checked out their site...i LOVE all of the different color patterns they have...and they have really reasonable pricing! its also nice to hear that they are helpful and that they ship fast! this might be the way I will go!! :)

I second Mood Hoops. They have always had excellent customer service no matter what your problem or concern might be. They are lightning fast with their shipping. Despite what I read below, all of my hoops seem to be perfectly balanced. I really can't say enough about Mood Hoops.

I went thru astral hoops. I paid after shiipping about $190 for a custome made LED hoop. U can choose between different type of lights, type of tubing, i requested that they not put any travel-like connectors, and u can also choose between 2 types of batteries. All with a 1 year warrenty too which is pretty cool! Ive had it for over a year now and still working beautiful. Even with 2 children and a few really drunk girls trying it out, id say the hoops from astral hoops are amazingly durable!

Electric Lifestylz are very inexpensive and any of the hoops can be made with polypro tubing!! I would check them out! There is a brand new 2 circuit hoop that isn't even on the market yet and minis as well! Check out the fb page!
