I taught a hoop class and a news photographer showed up!

This past Sunday I taught my fourth hoop class (the first three were in may). I had 15 participants and since I posted it on the free events calendar of one of our local papers, they sent a photographer! It was really cool :) Here is the link to pics - it's kind of a pain to get to them, but I'd love it if you checked them out :) I'm teaching one more today, hoping to make it a regular thing!

My hula hoop class photos posted on the Conn Post website!. On the bottom left hand corner of the slideshow there are four small squares - click on them and you can just choose photos 201-214 (hula hoop photos are 206-210).

Wow, those are great Amy! It took some time for them to load on my comp, so other folks, be patient & do something else for a minute, they'll show up eventually.

Congratulations! I'll bet your next class is bigger thanks to the publicity. :)

Thanks :) I'm really trying to build a hooping community here - there is such a rich community close by in NYC, but hardly anyone here! Slowly but surely!
