Rhythmic gymnasts are amazing contortionists. I was inspired not only by their fluid moves, but that they sometimes dropped the hoop. Makes me feel a little better about my own flings.

didja see that one girl do a vertical splits while tossing the hoop with her oot then cartwheel out of the splits and catch the hoop with her other foot?  Un real.
