Is Jump Rope considered a flow toy? (Kings Firecrackers video)

If not I think it should be!  My son was just lamenting how hard jumping rope was... oh how I used to love it as a kid, before my knees gave out!  But I was never anything like these girls.  Absolute masters of the rope!

I'm so tickled that people are getting the jump rope bug! I still haven't had the nerve to pick it up again. I'm really afraid that if I started again I couldn't stop until I hurt myself! Actually one of my knees has been bothering me a bit all week (probably from too much heavy gardening) so I'm definitely playing it safe for now... but I'm not sure I can hold out too much longer!

Please everyone be careful & use good form when you jump so you won't end up where I am in the wonky knee zone!
