I taught myself when I was about 10 and have never really got super-into it but I have weeks sometimes that I can't stop :D

Same here! Back in January I was doing it everyday for weeks then  stopped but now I'm hooked again. ^^'

I don't juggle, but I just want to say I met the nicest juggler last summer at Camp Barefoot 4. After a brief but intense rainstorm everyone started creeping back out to the stage area. I was the first LED-anything back out there. He started LED juggling near me, which I had never seen before, so I loved it. Neither of us stopped for longer than 5min. during EOTO's entire set!

That is so cool! And Ironic because I was just on youtube and saw LED clubs. They are wicked sweet! My friend who is in 7th grade actually juggles torches and has been doing it since we was like 11! He can ride a unicycle too! :D

I contact juggle and my husband toss juggles (he just recently started with clubs too).  And I'm working on contact juggling while hooping but it''s HARD.

WHILE hooping? Wow. Must be difficult. I agree. My neighbor, Andrew can contact juggle fairy well with just about any kind of ball I hand him. I wish you luck! :D

I'm a juggler, I was on the juggling team in highschool, I taught myself during summer after middle school but before I started 9th grade.

Its funny to think now, most people wanted to try out for sports and cheerleading lol I wanted to try out for juggling. Its no coincidence that I find myself here lol.

To be honest though, I was never that great at juggling, I spent more time stilt walking and doing diablo. I started learning to pass clubs with an old boyfriend (he was on the team too, we never even spoke to each other, and we started dating years after highschool) He was always great with the unicycle too, I wasn't lol.

Oh my God...You have a juggling team at school??? Aww I'm jealous! We don't. There is a price to pay for living in a small town. I love stilts :D My fried has some. What is Diablo? Never heard of it. Haa my neighbor's friend, Chris rides a unicycle. :D

I love me some juggling! I learnt to juggle from a professional clown at circus camp when I was a teenager, and I've gone through phases with it since then. I can do balls and rings and am learning clubs. Those clubs are tricky! (especially as ours are a handmade set my partner made, and they can really, really hurt if you catch them wrong!). I would love, love, love to learn contact juggling, and I think that will be my next play skill to learn.

 

I also taught my partner to juggle, and now he surpasses me in every way- he's learning to juggle four balls, and can juggle mixed items (like a ball, club and ring at once....while doing tricks). I gotta admit; I'm both proud and infuriated about this! Damn him for getting better than me, his teacher! ;)

That's awesome! I wish there were cool camps where I am but not in CNY.

I ove cubs. I actually think they're easier than bas. Contact juggling..My neighbor does that :D I tried and failed.. LOL!
