Labels for your hoops - Good place online to purchase?

I am starting to create hoops to a point where I would like to start adding a personalized label. I was wondering if any of you fine hoop makers use a place online that will customize and ship these out to you? I'm looking at 30 bucks around or under and specifically vinyl(but at this point any weatherproof type will do).

Thanks for any help :)

I've always used FedEx.  They do all the leg work, are excellent at proofing (you can actually see it in person rather than just hoping it comes out right online) and they have great prices when you order in quantity.  I keep my labels bold black only on clear wetherproof so that any color shines through and I pay $160 per 1000 since it's a one-color print job. :)

Do you know where on their website I could look at these? Couldn't find anything except the address labels online. Or do you go into the FedEx store?
like this?
Yes, actually. I saw you post this a bit ago. That is one of the ideas that inspired me. :) I have a company name and a slogan so it's just about finding what looks best and will weather hoop play over time.

I was able to find great labels at mavericklabel.com

I had ones made that went around the hoop and met on the ends.  They were durable, stuck well, were glossy and did not take away from the finish of the hoop at all.  The sales guy there was super helpful.

Wonderful! All you Hoopcity Dwellers are amazing w/the info. Thank you!

Mmmm....ok here is my secret: http://www.jakprints.com/roll-stickers/rectangle-clear-stickers/

Do not fret about ordering the right size. Choose the largest size you can afford. Layout as many designs as possible on the template and then cut (buy a little paper cutter at staples or something) them out yourself. This is called "ganging the plate" so if you can fit 4 on a 2x5 rectangle you cut the price in 1/4. Make sense? Also high quality vinyl stickers may not be available for exactly $30, but you can get more for your dollar this way.

Thank you Thank you Thank you. My idea is - perfect my hoops and then play around w/as many label ideas/flourishes as I can(kind of the cherry on top).

First step - quality product. Second step - unique approach.

Thanks again, Troo Hoops! PS my next travel is definitely from you guys :)

Ha! Cool. You can order a DIY, tape it yourself, and then add your own stickers. Stickers are fun.
interesting... my prices are far below this, thou I'm a stay at home mom with no overhead, and these hoop tags I create can be around $15 for a square foot which can make anywhere for 20-50 tags depending on size. The math looks like I'm half the cost even when you cut your stickers in fourths.
What kind of machine do you print on and what kind of inks do you use? We would be interested in hearing more.

I don't print or use ink. I have a vinyl plotter and design software. My machine cuts vinyl, then I pick, weed and apply transfer tape by hand. Any color is the vinyl itself. So it doesn't fade, and is top outdoor quality to last for 5-8 years. They stick to any smooth surface, and are applied a little differently than a sticker.

There is a little photo album of my decal process on my facebook biz page if you want to look thru it, you can also look at my website to see my entire business, thou it is still being built and I'm having issues with my subcategories at the moment, so you'll have to browse my gallery, the link is at the bottom of the site.
