I'm afraid I don't have any advice... mine did a similar thing when I was using it a few weeks ago but I swapped batteries (i have 2) and it was fine. I haven't charged the first one yet. I haven't had mine very long so I haven't been through very many battery cycles. Could your battery just be shot? I would try calling or emailing Trick Concepts. Hope you get it worked out!!!

Maybe Just try a compleatly new battery to rule out any problems with the regahargable.

Some other standard trouble shooting would be to make sure that all of the battery connection points are nice and clean with no oxidisation.

I had the same problem with my trickconcepts led.. im sorry to say.. but mine wasent fixable.. i returned it :/

I'm sorry girl. I have the same problem with mine, but i got it to turn back on. i find that it works better if you don't use if for a day or two (to let it rest lol), but i still struggle with it because it turns off all the time while i'm hooping with it. i just have to open and close it back up. i'm going to send it back for repair.... or just send it back. good luck!
