No need to worry! He usually takes a little longer to produce because to my knowledge it's just him and his lady. But like I stated before his hoops are made beautifully so it's well worth it. Last year I ordered my before Christmas time and although I wasn't able to get it in time for the holiday he sent me a temporary hoop that was BADASS just to borrow..it was amazingly sweet! :)

So I've called and emailed him multiple times, but have heard absolutely nothing. I opened a paypal dispute, but they're really shady about filing claims for custom items, so I'm not even sure I'll be able to get my money back. 

 

$150 down the drain on an illumi-nation hoop. I'm pretty upset :(

I've been trying to contact him for weeks on end.. FB, e-mail, phone and haven't gotten anything. This is super unusual and I worry he may have an illness or family issue. I don't think you wasted your money at all - but I do think that every LED company has their own issues from time to time. *Sigh*

I ordered another LL just so my LED would have a twin and I could REALLY convince my new Iowa neighbors of an alien landing doing doubles.

 

Same issues. NO customer service contact. And week 8 of waiting. It is like they don't care about the order as long as they get the money.
