Raise Your Weapon - Deadmau5 It starts really beautiful with just the girl singing and then gets really hard. Not so much faster, just more... dubstep?

Animal Collective does a lot of songs like that. I'm particularly fond of What Would I Want? Sky. :D

I like Mille Anni Passi Sunt- Corvus Corax. It doesn't speed up much though, but it does have a good steady beat that's not fast or too slow.
