I need some serious help with how to lose weight. Mostly in my love-handles and tummy. I hoop everyday and I just can't seem to lose ANYTHING. I really need help because I'm sick of not being able to wear tight clothes and tank tops when I hoop. Loose clothing sucks when hooping.
When I was a freshman in highschool I weighed 200 pounds. Now I weigh 158 and I won't even let my boyfriend of 2 years see me with tight clothes on let alone naked. I want to weigh 120.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!! Any suggestions would be AMAZING!!

wow thats great!! I'm trying to get into a good routine now cause I'm the biggest i ever was =( did you just eat healthy and exercise daily? did hooping help a lot with your weight loss?
