I absolutely ADORE moodhoops! I started off getting a 38" prism which I outgrew in about a year. In that time, one of the LEDs stopped working, I wrote in and they paid for shipping both ways, and it was back in my hands in less than a week after I sent it out.

My next purchase were 20" Spectrum minis. I found the the batteries didn't last very long and they were too white for my taste. I ended up selling them and ordering Muse minis which I love! The battery life is a lot better in them, too.

I then ordered a 36" custom rainbowish one, and it was here within a week after paying.
I've also ordered a 33" custom that is all pink with a few pink-white-green strobes. When I got it, not all of the pink lights looked the same shade, but I wrote in and they apologized a ton and said that since I wrote in, they now have new rules in their shop about lights that are blocked, to make them all look the same. They again, payed for shipping both ways to change the lights, and I had it back within a few days. When I got it back it was absolutely perfect!!

I've had a few battery issues, but they have always sent me out free batteries with priority shipping when I have problems, and just recently sent me (at my request) a few battery holders for free. Their customer service is amazing and their prices can't be beat.

To me, all of my hoops have been perfectly balanced, and do not rattle. I only have the one issue with my first hoop LED, but that hoop sure took a beating. Kids had played with it (and played tug of war with it), it took crazy drops and hits, and I coiled it down quite a bit.

I've been working with them for almost 2 years, and would HIGHLY recommend this company!

I'm seconding everything Jessica said, they really are a great company! However my tip to buyers is unless you're going with a 30" hoop or smaller, don't get the 5/8" polypro tubing. Nothing against the company but the weight of the hoop doesn't work well with that tiny, light tubing and its kind of wonky and bad for breaks. When I was buying my hoop I couldn't decide on the tubing so hopefully this helps someone in the same situation out! :)

helps me out....was debating the same issue, thank you :)

Wish I knew that before getting it... :(

I'm contemplating ordering a second LED myself and I was debating between the 5/8ths and 3/4ths...thank you for the heads up =))!

yeah.. my friend had a moodhoop for about a year when I got mine. she loves mine a lot more then hers because of the tubing size. my hoop is a 7/8 OD tubing, and her's is 5/8.. she said she really wishes she would have got the 7/8ths but someone else picked out the hoop for her

I bought my first led from moodhoops and love it. I have a 36" neon. I was t expecting the smaller tubing size, but I got used to it pretty fast(I also bought it in hdpe not polypro so that might be the difrrence) my hoop is super sturdy, already taken a bunch of drops-from myself and even from people who have never hopped before. The lights are mesmerizing! Sometimes I just knee hoop an star down at the pretty colors haha. Also, go 'like' them on Facebook to get coupon codes and to hear updated and stuff. They shop super fast I have no complaints at all about this company or their product. Gold stars all around.
My typos are embarrassing. Sorry guys doing this from my phone -_-

I want the neon so bad. I love rainbows.

Lol, I like to watch the hoop by knee hooping too.  It sucks when you really want a lightshow with your hoop, because you really can't see it when you're using it.  Unless you can find a fellow hooper right then and there, you have to make your own show.

I love Moodhoops!!  I got an 38 Blaze LED and it was delivered within the week!!!  The prices as stated by others can not be beat for the great quality!  I also ordered a 38 3/4 polypro day hoop.. ordered on a Monday and received it on Thursday.  My most recent is a polypro fruity hoop..  Just ordered it on Friday and I cant wait for it to get here!!!

I own a 36" prism, 36" muse, 36" rainbow, and a set of tiger lily minis.  Let me just say that I have absolutely nothing whatsoever bad to say about moodhoops.  I LOVE all of mine and have never had any problems with them at all.  Moodhoops is always very quick to ship their products.  I have purchased from Trick Concepts, Heady Hoops, and even recently purchased a Proton Labs Helix hoop.  In my personal opinion, moodhoops has the bext quality product for the most affordable prices.  When I have a friend ask me where they should purchase their led hoop, I ALWAYS recommend moodhoops.
