So I have been trying and trying to get down hooping at the waist while hooping on the chest or neck but I cant quite seem to figure it out. Does anybody have any advice? Im not sure if it is a really big deal that the hoops be the same size. I just kind of guesstimate mine so they are close but not exact. I was also curious as to what size and psi other people use?

Thanks guys <3

Good luck! And if you figure out how to get it working at the knees in combo with the waist or chest, let me know how! ;-) hehe
this helped me tons!! chest, waist, chest, waist - just saying it in my head really made a differance!
hehe that's totally the power of the mind! Having a movement mantra always helps me get things. :-D
Hey how's it going with the multi hooping? :-)
well im still not able to do the chest and waist or neck and waist.....i get really frustrated hehe. I can put them both on my waist and then bring one up to my hand or i can do knee hooping with hand hooping but no luck with the rest. the hoops always start to go at opposite times and it messes me up..do your do that? can you keep them going at opposite times or do you want to keep them closer together....do the hoops have to be the same exact size and weight? I havnt tried with two big ones that are the same size maybe ill will do that next! Thanks for all your help lulu! Your the best :)
Ya you'll want them to be really close in size and weight. If they are off then it throws the spin off. That's why they are spliting time. Also I found when I was first trying... ok after a long time of trying hehe... that it helped to push from my hip and side ribs, putting my self at an angle and really really concentrating on that one spot. It helped keep them together cause my pushes were lined up. I also found that working with hooping with two hoops as one helped to work on keeping them together in time. So I did waist hooping and shimmied up to chest hooping, took them on and off body, laso and stuff treating them together as one. I think that step helped to prepare me.

Good luck!
not sure if anyone is still reading this discussion but im am very curious to know if anyone has some advice on how to spin two hoops on one hand. When i watch safire do this it looks like there is one in her hand and one on her wrist. I have tried this without succeeding lol. Im not sure the best way to get them started and to keep them going for that matter! Any advice would be great!
I start them both in the hand and then let one drop below the thumb. I can't keep them going for too long... need more practice. But if you fool around with it some you should be able to get it. :-) And of course make sure you can do the arm one on it's own before attempting the two together.
