Off-body barrel roll to vertical shoulder hooping... how?

So, I'm sure this questions has been asked a gazillion times before, but... how do I get from an off-body, possibly isolated, one-handed (say that fast!) barrel roll to vertical shoulder hooping, and smoothly at that? I can do both moves, but have trouble combining them.

Are there any tutorials about it available?

The best tip i have is when your doing your isolated barrel roll, put one arm against your chest and just go into the shoulder hooping. it takes alot of practice but just keep trying and you'll get it in nOoo time ~ good luck!
Okay, I start with the hoop in my right hand iso-Ing behind me, then using the base (heel) of my palm while turning slightly to the right I keep the hoop still slipping my shoulders into it. Then I immediately barrel roll going left into vert shoulder hooping. It took some time to get practicing the ISO behind me. I hope this makes sense.

I generally give the hoop a little push or paddle on the outside as I'm dropping into it to make it spin around me fast enough to start shoulder hooping. It's definitely easier to do another barrel roll right when you drop in, and you can add a few paddles if the hoop is wobbly or rotating too slowly, but it can be done.

Have you tried doing a basic isolation, then "jumping" into the hoop vertically? That's what helps me get the concept, and after practicing that as well as vertical off body barrel rolls various ways it will come naturally, or by accident! Haha.
When I do this trick I sort of toss the hoop onto me and if it doesn't feel like the momentum caught I will go up into vertical shoulder hooping where I'm more in a thrusting position than the regular position and break it and break it again till it finds he momentum to continue
