phoenix arizona is where i discovered hooping! the hoop girls out there are AMAZING. Chandler was actually where I was staying. My hoopma lives in Tempe. She would love to meet new people! They have a lil group. She's actually not on hoop city, but does myspace. if you want more info leme kno.

I host several hoop jams a month in Phoenix and will be starting to teach more classes soon. I do most of the group managing through facebook... PHX Hoopers. There will be a jam today at 2pm (super short notice!) and also one next sunday at 2pm. Both at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio on Camelback and Central. Have her find us on facebook or just come out!

Hello! I'm glad that I've found some AZ hoopers! I am from Boston, but I travel to Scottsdale every cpl months to see family :) I will eventually transplant!  My next visit will be toward the end of June and I would absolutely LOVE to join a hoop jam and/or class!! :)  I've been hooping for 6 mos and love to learn from my fellow hoop sisters!

I'm fairly new to hooping, but these are the classes and hoop groups that I know about.

There's a hoop jam in downtown Phoenix tonight (Sunday) at Civic Space Park

 

Informal hoop "classes" are offered in N Phx at All Saints Lutheran Church on Thursday evenings
