I've been practicing sustained spinning lately, and I've noticed trying it every day really does help with the dizziness. Here's some videos that have also come in handy, and I wanted to share with everyone!

I have not tried any spinning while moving around. yet....

In a workshop that i did, the lady said that to not get dizzy is simply a choice. It's all in the head. I found out she was totally right.

Also, never stop abruptly, that's when your get really dizzy.

You can keep your eyes on something unmoving like the back of your hand.
