Ok, so I'm not sure about gaffer tape but ebay store: paper street plastics has some great shiny tapes!!!

I really love identi-tape but I haven't really ordered from any one else. There was one time I purchased an order and they were out of the black sparkle tape but I thought perhaps they might have gotten it in at some point so I asked them to add it to my order if it as available. It wasn't so they sent me a black prism for free.

I don't agree with their under 25 dollar purchase rule to tack on 5 dollars, but at the same time I kind of understand because their purpose as a supply store is not to ship little orders but to ship larger orders either to store fronts or people who are using the tape in bulk for hoops/ general deco/staffs etc. It may not seem fair but I still really like them.

It is good to know where to get cheaper gaffer however, that stuff is running a hole in my pocket. haha Thank you so much Amy for this post :)

ok..i really think i can afford an order now! whoohoo now i gota figure out who to order from! lolol...w all this info what to do!!! i want shinny, glow, and gaffer....ugh! have to go to 3 companys!!!!! well maybe 2...lol

Other tape places (besides identi-tape) their gaffer grips fade when wet and bleed.

I have been doing identi-tape for 4 years. I love them, their customer service, the price...everything.

I never order under a $100

ordering over a $100 saves sooooo much money! I LOOOOOOOOOOVE those people. I can't express how nice and how much I love their product

paperstreetplastics: cheap and you don't get that much.

identi-tape = the place to go!

gotta question...the people at find tape.com have this shinny tape...called enginering reflective tape...anyone ever used it? the 2 in is VERY expensive and has little sqwigglys and such on it but the 1 in is plain and not as expensive...just wondering!
and hocky tape....does it hold up? fade?

im thinking baout going w them because if i order 2-7 rolls shooping is only 12.00 that isnt bad at all!!!

I just placed my first large tape order last night =) (I've only ordered a couple boxes of electrical before). I ordered all my shiny tape from Identitape and used the fabulous hooper discount and I ordered a bunch of vinyl from tape brothers (they got a bunch of new colors since I last did my price shopping - up to 22 from 16). I found a $5 off online coupon code and it worked, thought I'd share.

(Posted this in another thread in response to something, but it definitely applies here)

Goodbuyguys offers 13 colors in 1/2 in gaffer for 3.99 for 50 yds.
FindTape offers 20 colors in 1/2 gaffer, 14 colors are 3.99 and 6 colors are 4.69. The 14 colors are 60 yds, and the other 6 are 50 yds.
Identitape offers 21 colors in 1/2 in gaffer for 5.00 for 50 yds.(extra color is offered two different greens instead of one).

With 2/3 of FindTape's colors, you get an extra 10 yds. for the same price as GBG and $1.01 less than Identitape, and the other colors you still get for $0.31 less than Identitape.

In conclusion, FindTape is the place to go for 1/2 inch gaffer =)
