I have had similar problems. The charger seems to be too small for the batteries, so you have to shove the battery in there - causing the bump side of the battery to shift and the battery to discontinue working. I am also having to send back my entire hoop because it has stopped working entirely... It just flickers and then stops. I've only taken it out maybe 15 times.

They're cheap... but that may have been proven to be for a reason.

I think I'm going to invest in a eternity hoop. The lady that I talked to seems super nice and seems to care about her customers. She can also take any brand of hoop and make it into one of her eternity hoops. Also she can replace lights and tubing for led hoops. Her hoops are decently priced as well. I think I have my heart set on a new hoop.

I re tract my statement about this company I ordered my hoop over a month ago and no item was received. I'm super dissapointed with the experience I have had so far.

I would recommend just getting a new hoop.. I have several friends who all have had problems with the trick concepts hoop. (won't turn on, lights going out, etc) They're very pretty and bright for the price, but my friend who owns one says they're made in China, or Singapore, or somewhere over seas (can not remember specifically which country). With Cosmic and several other sellers, they're hand made with love in the states and have great customer service. I've also never heard of a Cosmic's or LED Heady Hoop's lights breaking or going out... just my two cents.

I also forgot to mention the balancing!! Trick concepts are really bad balanced.. the battery section causes drag and awkwardness on one side because they are not distributed throughout the hoop. So since it is not balanced, the hoop goes wonky when in use.

Hi guys!
I know that TC replaces faulty batteries and chargers for free and the electronics are also a free fix within a year. As far as the imbalance, the battery pack area is designed to be in balance as long as the battery is inside (thus, it'll be off balance if you hoop with the battery taken out). To hoop with the light off, you just turn the battery around backward ;)
Also, Trick Concepts is in Los Angeles and makes all their stuff on site :) def. not China! Lol

I too had a problem with the batteries and they sent me two new ones and a new battery pack. For a first, inexpensive LED, it's very bright and I love it.

I got caught in a thunderstorm and tried to fold the hoop too quickly and crimped it. The hoop is fine fully open but I can no longer collapse it. No problem, I learned a lesson the hard way. They have several warnings about being careful not to crimp this hoop and I wasn't careful. I would buy another one from TC in a second if I had the money.

Dont wanna know heady hoops but they rattle badly. I would go with cosmic. I currently own a heady and a trick concepts and I wish I had a Cosmic really bad!
