I've only been able to find the slow mo and the promo video on youtube. I ordered one though already because I couldn't resist myself

There are only 2 videos (the slow shutter promo and the one with the hoop sitting still while flipping through the modes). No one owns this hoop yet but I think they're supposed to start shipping out the first batch in May sometime. Hopefully there will be a lot more videos and information soon after that!

In those videos the hoops seems to always be on a randomizer setting. Any of you know if you can keep it on one setting? Or is it always ever changing??? Im confused.

This hoop is amazing haha you can leave it on one setting sweets the videos are just to wow you with the designs. You can make it change or stay on the same one...can even make your own custom color patterns and share them with friends. cant wait to get it! they start shipping late arpil early may so I'm certain every person who bought one will put it online haha.

Hi!  Jackie is right.  The Helix does by default just stay on the pattern you select.  You can enable shuffle mode by holding down a button if you want though.  Some of the video was shot using a fast changing shuffle setting and some of it was just short clips edited together that makes it look like it's in shuffle mode although it wasn't.

I'm sorry if you haven't heard anything send directly to you in a bit.  I'm posting almost daily on the Facebook page for real-time updates.  The page is public so even if you don't use Facebook you can see the information:

I have been sending out direct emails every week or two with status as well for those that don't use or check Facebook though.  It has, however, been a couple weeks since the last one and another is admittedly due.

The most current information is that hoops began shipping late last week and we're shipping more daily.  It's going to take us until the end of this week to process all of the orders that were placed on the day of launch.  After that we're going to be catching up and I would expect yours to be shipped in approximately 3 weeks.  Additionally, for anyone else wanting to place an order now you should expect about 8 weeks before shipment.

The initial delay because of some tubing supply problems backed us up a little and I understand that this time frame is longer than you expected at order.  If this causes you problems or you need to get in touch about any changes to your order feel free to do so through the contact form on the site.

In any case thank you so much for your order and your patience.  I know it's tough waiting but we're working as hard as we can to work through the orders while still thoroughly testing every single hoop before it ships.

THANKS SO MUCH! I REALLY appreciate the prompt response! I hope it does come in 3 weeks.. that would be PERFECT so that I could premier it at my first festival of the season. yay!

I am also dying to know if they are really as awsome as they looked on the video. I am controling myself until I read some reviews. Soooo hard, cause I really want one.

We're going to shoot some more video soon and we're set to start shipping next week.  As soon as they start arriving there will be LOTS of videos from other hoopers as well I'm sure!  Unfortunately the only two videos online right now are at http://www.youtube.com/protonlab.
