As I am reading through my yoga teacher training manual in preparation for my first class tomorrow I came across a little quote that I thought I'd like to share.

"Let go of an unrealistic desire for completion. Be patient with the process. Persevere."

This is really kind of excellent, I thought. It would mean so much more for us if instead of focusing on what we are not, have not, or want to be, we were able to focus on just being.

Something happened to me the other day...I realized I let go of that...feeling...and I have this calmness inside. Where it came from? I don't really know but I like it. I am having my on little celebration inside and I am sending a VIP invitation to everyone! Lets just embrace who we are.

Heck ya I'm burning all my bra's....nah jk I need those buggers especially with all the thin cotton I'm loving so much right now!

Beautiful and well said. Be happy in the moment, embrace it and never give up. That is how we move from one place to the next. "Sometimes the fastest way to get there is to go slow", I so beleive in those words.

Thank you!

That is a beautiful quote. Does it say who said it or is it from the author of the training?
