hey there, i have Minis for sale, they are 20" but they arent white  its the neon pattern by moodhoops.
BUT i also have a 36" spectrum by moodhoops which is all white with rainbow dragonflys (looks totally white when still)
if ur interested in either, let me know! i have videos too :)

I would also be happy to do a single 25" hoop for a very reasonable price.  Definitely shop around so you know you're getting exactly what you want, but if you are interested, you can reach me at info@hyperbolaonline.com.  If you do email, include your preferred tubing, weight, and how many white LEDs you would like.
