Ask Yourself

  • Is it the truth?
  • Is it fair?
  • Will it hurt feelings?
  • Is it suitable to post online?
  • Am I upset right now? Avoid posting when angry, think it over and then reply.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Search before starting a new topic.
  • Put your discussion in the right category.
  • Keep posts simple and easy to read. Do not use all caps ( eg MY SUBJECT IS )
  • If you make fun of someone consider using a smiling face ; ) to convey that you are being playful.
  • Use a descriptive title; this will encourage people to read your topic.
  • Stay on topic! Please make sure your reply is relevant to the discussion.
  • Respect that not everyone will have the same opinion as you.
  • Post things in the correct location. Post events under Events, ads in your Journal and items for sale in the marketplace.

I'm stuck in a loop with the hula hoop. When I was a little girl I was abused in every which way. Often I was grounded to my bedroom, with two bathroom visits and a dinner release. In my bedroom held my boom box. Loud music would draw my angry step father towards my room. But I had to dance, so from a young age I would take a few preventable beatings so I could dance in my bedroom. I haven't posted for a very long time, but I have something worth sharing.  In the last couple of years, I have advanced enough to start teaching and I absolutley love my classes.  All my students are wonderful its the most favorite part of my week. Through a very unfortunate series of events, every hoop I own, including my hoops for students, were taken and no longer in my possession.
